Porn ban: SC  women lawyer association moves the apex court

The government backtracked its division to ban porn website .it is making an exception for a child porn site. The supreme court has filed an intervention application for seeking ban an all porn site in the apex court in the Kamlesh Vaswani vs u.s of India.

It takes strict measures authorities to prevent porn distribution that includes file sharing.
The development was a reporter by lie low. In SCWLAS secretary had filled the senior application lawyer Mahalakshmi Pavani settled on September which is likely to be considered by bench lead, chief justice HL Datttu on October 13.

The primary concern as per the application is the constant rise of pornography in the country which states that pornography corrupts the young generation mind. It tends to commit a crime against children/women/girls.

The most cause of availability of porn is the internet, porn clips, CDs, Porn videos. This is the most offensive cause of crime gains children. The formulation of National policy is seeking on the issue of pornography which helps to frame guidelines and the strict measures of child pornography.

This application cites a news report from Indian media for the research material to establish the negative role of porn in society and to lead against women crime.

The ministry of communication and Information technology ordered to banned 857 websites under section 79(3) of ITA Act 2000 for terming the content Immoral and indecent without any pornography.
