Jestha 27, Nepalgunj, Government has been planning to implant Digital Check-post soon in most of the essential places.  Home Minister, Mr. Shakti Bahadur Basnet said, “Government is preparing on the plan of installing the Digital Check-posts.” In the program organized at Kohalpur, Banke, Home Minister Mr. Basnet informed that the budget has already been allocated for the Digital Check-post. And the use of technology must be included there in the security body even with a higher upgrade in the technology they have been using right now.

He said, “Though technology is used for quick service in the security bodies until there is a change in working trend, technology alone would be of no help. So we need to bring change in the working style of the trend in the security bodies.”There will not be any compromise in case of peace and security; we will provide safe and faster services to the beneficiary with no more excuses in the service flow.

Outlining that because of the conflict and transition period each, the country has gone backward by two decades. He clarified that institutionalization of change is the top priority for further development of Nepal with economic growth, good- governance peace, and prosperity. The almost 200,000 general public from Chastushka, Kanchanaburi, Mahadevpuri, Nauwasta, Chisapani, Bankatwa, Shamsherganj and Kohalpur Municipality, all will receive service from Local Administration Office, Kohalpur instead of District Administration Office, Banke.

Mister Basnet inaugurated the program by giving citizenship to Bikrant Dangi from Kachnapur-2, which was chaired by Chief District Officer of Banke, Mr. Rabi Lal Panthi. In the program, there was the presence of Minister of State for Water and Sanitation, MP Mr. Dinesh Chandra Yadav-constituency number 2, Mr. Devraj Bhar-constituency number 1 from banks including the President of Chamber of Commerce Kohalpur Mr. Narendra Sharma; who also expressed their views.
