Sometimes our international provider’s links might be down or slow. This usually takes a few hours to rectify check your customer portal for this notice.
Your Wi-Fi router may have some connectivity issues or bugs. Try restarting the router. In some cases your sessions might hang so restart the ONU device as well.
During these cases due to excessive number of incoming calls, our phone lines are usually busy and so you do have the option to leave a number for callback or kindly email at email@example.com and we shall assist you accordingly.
