Dell Xps 13 is a revolution in laptop design. It is one of the lightest laptop available in market these days. It has the dimension of 1.97 x 7.78x 0.35- 0.59 inches (30.4 x 19.9 x 0.89- 1.55 mm). The standard full HD model weighs 2.7lbs approximately 1.2 kgs while the touch-enabled quad HD model weighs a little bit more, i.e., 2.93lbs approx 1.33 kgs.

The CPU is made of 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5-6200U dual-core with 3MB cache and up to 2.8GHz processing speed with Turbo Boost. The graphics are Intel HD Graphics 520. The RAM is 8GB LPDDR3 with the speed of 1866 MHz. The screen is 13.3 inches QHD+ display with edge to edge sheet of Corning Gorilla Glass and with the resolution of 3200 x 1800 pixels.

The storage that this laptop contains is 256 GB PCIe SSD. The ports available in this device are a USB 3.0, a USB 3.0 with Powershare, a USB Type C and Thunderbolt 3, 3.55mm headset jack and an SD card reader.

The WLAN technology used is DW 1820A 2×2 802.11ac 2.4/5 GHz and the Bluetooth technology is Bluetooth v4.1. It has a 720p widescreen HD webcam with dual array digital microphones that are placed in a weird location. The keyboard is small and compressed. It can go head to head with laptops such as Lenovo LaVie Z and MacBook Air, etc
