Prabin Subedi has completed his LL.M studies in Information Communication Technology Law from the University of Oslo, Norway (under Norwegian Government’s Scholarship). He has submitted his dissertation entitled ‘Cyber Crime in Nepal: Comparative study with European Standards,’ as partial fulfillment of his Norwegian degree.

He has acquired his LL.B degree from Kathmandu School of Law, Purbanchal University, 2012. He has been decorated with the national award of ‘Nepal BidhyaPadak Ga,’ 2014 from President of Nepal for being the topper of his university. Mr. Subedi is also a member of the teaching faculty at Kathmandu School of Law. Mr. Subedi has served in the capacity of Country Manager in Multinational Mining Company.

Mr. Subedi has taken the initiative and filed the number of pro bono Public Interest Litigation cases in the Supreme Court of Nepal. Mr. Subedi has also completed his internship in Ministry of Law and Justice and has also served as founding treasurer, General Secretary and Coordinator of Public Interest Litigation Committee in NGO — Law Students Society.

He has also served as a project associate in renowned NGO – Pro-public and also worked as a consultant for Advocacy Forum. He is also fellow of TRIAL – Tracking Impunity Always working for providing legal assistance to the victim of rape, torture, willful killings in Nepal. He has contributed to the World Bank Global Report on ICT and Agriculture and researcher on ‘Enabling Environment for Civil Society Organization, National Assessment, 2016.
