This Memorandum of Understanding signed and stamped on 9th day of June 2019, sets for the terms and understanding between the Center For Cyber Security Research and Innovation (CSRI) and Kantipur Engineering College (KEC) to organize KEC Conference “2nd International Conference on Engineering and Technology” on 26th September, 2019 at KEC premises, Dhapakhel, Lalitpur, Nepal.

The collaborative approach in academic exercises is essential to foster education and research in developing countries like Nepal. This collaboration between the CSRI and KEC will set the benchmark for bringing together entrepreneurs, researchers, academicians, practitioners, and students whose collective works have sustained continuing in decision-making for the global scenario.

The purpose of the MOU is to encourage the collaborative approach of academic and research activities between academic institutions, industry, and independent research communities. This MOU will help to promote the conference and justify the need for a collaborative approach for the success of any event of this kind.

The representative from both organizations will monitor the program and evaluate the effectiveness of the program. There will be a joint report and/or event summarization on the program and will share the report between organizations.

This MOU is at-will and may be modified by mutual consent of authorized officials from Center For Cyber Security Research and Innovation and Kantipur Engineering College. This MOU shall become effective upon signature by the authorized officials from the Center for Cyber Security Research and Innovation and Kantipur Engineering College and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by any one of the partners by mutual consent.

On this occasion, President of Center For Cyber Security Research and Innovation Mr. Chiranjibi Adhikari and KEC Conference 2019 Chairperson Dr. Surendra Bahadur Tamrakar signed the MOU
