Hope International College (HIC) is one of the reputed and fully organized Purbanchal University and CTEVT affiliated college. From its establishment in 2003, it has the slogan of “Empowerment through Knowledge” and still conducting all its program staying on the same concept.  It is situated in Lalitpur at Satdobato (Hapagaun Dobato, just 100 meters inside from main ring road).

It is registered with the Company Registrar’s Office in Kathmandu, by Nepal’s Company Act 2063 B.S. Its main motto is to promote the intellectual, social and economic development of the students through extracurricular and curricular activities.

Not only this, they equally focused on the personal qualities of the student like self-reliance, discipline, leadership, and self-confidence so that they can able to compete for all the future challenges in their path. They believe in quality rather than quantity to achieve the highest Global standards in education.

During the three days program (July 1st to 3rd) in the united world trade center, most of the colleges affiliated to Purbanchal University meet up in the same roof for education fair.

They thoroughly discussed on how to promote and uplift the Purbanchal affiliated colleges.  During this education fair, Prof. Salau Din Myia (Principal of HOPE college) gave his valuable speech on” how can we compete with the other universities.”

He told that this is the beginning of new work and no other universities have conducted such a student targeted program. So he was happy to bring all branches and affiliated colleges within a single platform. Furthermore, he mentioned that the negative things that we heard on the market like not conducting timely examination and results, four years course may extend up to 6 years, etc.

Have been solved from the past two years.  So he requested all parents and students, not to believe in markets misconceptions. The situations have been changed. In addition to this, he told that the courses provided by them are refined and updated course for three years as compared to other universities.

Purbanchal affiliated college is now able to compete even with the TU affiliated colleges as it has maintained its academic calendar. They examined on time and published the result on time. So students need not have to worry about year-gap.

In Purbanchal universities, all programs are conducted semester-wise except nursing. They had included Public Health Engineering subject within Public Health. It is a new one as compared to other universities. In HOPE College also, lots of programs have been refined phasing out from management courses (2057) to Health Science (2061).

Under health Science, five programs have been involved like Bachelor of Public Health, Bachelor of Pharmacy, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Post Basic Bachelor of Nursing, and PCL Nursing. They provide lots of facilities to the students like Library, practical demonstrations room, qualified and senior faculties, computer lab, follow information Technology tools and technique.

Furthermore, the most critical thing about HOPE international college is that Faculties turnover was very less. From the very beginning, he was still working as Principal and same as for others so Systematic and qualitative education was delivered over here, he mentioned. Finally, he suggested that talented, skillful and hard-working students are heartily welcomed on Hope College.
