23rd April was first proclaimed as World Book Day by UNESCO in 1995. World Book Day is celebrated worldwide to incorporate reading culture.

Sato Book is incorporating the culture of World Book Day in Nepal for the first time. Sato Book is hosting the “World Book Day Event” on 23rd April. The main focus of the event will be Book Swaps followed by Meet the Author, and a Book Fair. And lastly, the books that are left after the Book Swap shall be donated.
