Realtors’ meet to mark on July 27 at the capital.
Online real estate marketing platform Basobaas.com is organizing Realtor’s Meet on 27th July in Mojo Boutique Hotel, Mid- Baneshwor.
“The event will discuss the relationship between technology and real estate business. Similarly, it will also focus on the issue of how the technology is affecting the real estate industry”, said Rajan Adhikari CEO of Baseballs.
Adhikari added this event could be crucial to those who are thinking of running an online real estate company in the future.
There will be a total of five speakers in the event who will be sharing their experience in the real estate trade of Nepal.
List of the speakers are as mentioned:
Speaker #1: RAJAN ADHIKARI (CEO – Basobaas Nepal).
IT Graduate with a vast knowledge of property technology. He has been working in the Real Estate Industry for the past four years.
Speaker #2: Hamid Khan (Co-Founder/COO Property 247).
A CSIT Graduate and Kuvempu University Alum. Hamid has been previously involved in Share market and currently engaged in Property 247 as COO.
Speaker #3: Raj Singh (Director – SK Ventures / Property Clinic). Mr. Raj is a professional astrologist and a veteran realtor. He has been involved in the real estate market since the past 12 years.
Speaker #4: Nir Kedem (MD – Nepal Property Academy).
Retired British Army engineer, Nir has been involved in property development and sourcing for the past six years. Before coming to Nepal, he was also involved in the UK’s real estate market.
Speaker #5: Bipin Neupane (CEO – Ekdaam Real Estate).
The UK returns and currently helping clients realize their dreams through Ekdaam, Bipin has worked in the industry for more than five years. His experience is extensive, and his mission is to give clients the best service possible whether you’re buying or selling properties including registration services in land reform offices, conveyancing, and legal services.
