Similarly, the refund amount is NPR 500 which you have to pay first-hand. Obviously, this amount will be returned at the time when you cancel your subscription.

However, you need to return the router back in order to claim the refund.

It is the same for the STB as it too, like the router, is rented. You will receive Rs 500 refund amount when you return the STB back after you cancel your subscription.

Worldlink SME Packages

Worldlink has prepared special packages for small and medium enterprises. As of now, there are two packages namely, SME Prime and SME 24.

SME Prime

As per the ISP, this package is specially designed for consultancy, remittance, currency exchange, travel agencies, and day time game zones.

Its bandwidth double from 7 AM – 7 PM which is the prime time for internet usage in SME. Hence, the name SME Prime.

The one-time set-up charges are the same as standard packages for both SME packages.

Worldlink Internet Features

The mentioned packages also come with some features that reassure what internet service should really stand for.

One of these is SafeNet, which is Wordlink’s parental control solution. It ensures child safety for home users and also networks security for office users. SafeNet basically allows customers to have better control over the accessibility of their internet.

Worldlink also has provision for compensating in case customer’s issues are not responded to within 24 hours. Worldlink calls it Time Back, which basically means that the ISP makes up for the loss caused by internet outage or maintenance.
