CSIT Association of Nepal is going to organize a 2-day event “5th University University-Industry Tie-Up Program” which is going to be held in collaboration with Tribhuvan University on 5th& 6th of Jestha (18th& 19th May).
The four tie-ups that were conducted in the past four years were successful in unleashing the potentials of young students and CSITAN team are looking forward to better results this time as well. The core concept of the “University-Industry Tie-up” is to bridge the enormous gap between the university course curriculum that the students acquire in their colleges and the requirement a company is seeking in potential job/intern applicants.
This event is mainly focused on creating a platform for the University students and Industries to establish a professional relationship and acknowledge the requirement and demand in the most outstanding and remarkable event of the year.
This year UI Tie Up Program has been divided in two days as – the First day there will be a roundtable discussion among TU administration, students and teachers to understand each other’s issue and discover a solution to uplift the current education status. This discussion aims to make each entity stop blaming each other, acknowledge own obligations and commonly co-work to upgrade each other’s quality taking a shot at measures to reinforce shortcoming.
The second day, there will be a grand event of showcasing startup idea and energy of CSIT students, a session of STORYTELLING from successful startups in Nepal. The main aim of this event is to uplift students’ career and motivation for startups. The reason behind this session is “Idea Shouldn’t die.”The story session will be trailed by the project demonstration of some selected projects which will be awarded.
