5th May 2026, Kathmanduu उद्योग क्षेत्रका अगुवा पवन गोल्यानले महिलाको सहभागिता अझै अपेक्षाकृत कम रहेको स्वीकार गर्दै नेतृत्व तहमा महिलालाई अघि ल्याउन नीतिगत र संस्थागत पहल आवश्यक रहेको बताए। उनले सीप विकास, वित्तीय पहुँच र मेन्टरसिपलाई प्राथमिकतामा राख्नुपर्नेमा जोड दिए। कृषि र उद्योगबीचको सम्बन्ध बलियो बनाउँदै महिलालाई उत्पादन र प्रशोधनमा जोड्नुपर्ने उनको धारणा थियो। नेपाल उद्योग परिसंघ कोशी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पवन सारडाले महिलालाई आत्मनिर्भर बन्न प्रेरित गर्दै आत्मविश्वास र सृजनशीलताले मात्र दिगो सफलता सम्भव हुने बताए। उनले आफ्नो कम्पनीमा महिला रोजगारी बढाउने प्रतिबद्धता समेत व्यक्त गरे। सम्मेलनमा विभिन्न उद्योग तथा व्यवसायसँग सम्बन्धित संस्थाहरू—यामाहा, म्यास सप्लायर्स, सागर फिड्स, सरगम साबुन, सुङ्गाभा फिड, सफ्टी लगायत—को सहभागिता रहेको थियो। सीएनआई महिला नेतृत्व फोरमकी सभापति विदूषी राणाले सम्मेलनले उठाएका एजेन्डाहरूलाई व्यवहारमा रूपान्तरण गर्न संघीय, प्रदेश र स्थानीय तहसँग समन्वय र पैरवी गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गरिन्। उनले महिला सशक्तीकरणलाई नारामा सीमित नराखी नीतिगत कार्यान्वयनमा रूपान्तरण गर्नुपर्नेमा जोड दिइन्। यस्ता छन् घोषणापत्रका बुँदा १. संविधान प्रदत्त महिलाको सहभागितालाई राजनीतिकसँगै आर्थिक, सामाजिक, व्यवसायिक, शिक्षा र स्वास्थ्यको क्षेत्रमा महिला नेतृत्व तथा नीति निर्माण तहमा थप प्रोत्साहन गर्न सम्मेलन आग्रह गर्दछ । २. नवप्रर्वतन, सामाजिक परिवर्तन, आर्थिक विकास र सामाजिक रुपान्तरणका लागि महिलाहरुलाई प्रोत्साहन गर्ने नीति लिने सम्मेलन अनुरोध गर्दछ । ३. जलवायुको संकटले उद्यमशीलतामा निम्तिएको समस्या समाधान गर्नका लागि तीनै तहका सरकारलाई प्रणाली सुधार गर्ने विशेष नीति लिन सम्मेलन जोडदार माग गर्दछ ४. ग्रामिण क्षेत्रका महिलाको आर्थिक हैसियत बढाउन कृषिको आधूनिकीकरणका लागि सरकार तथा नियमनकारी निकायले विशेष प्याकेज ल्याउनुपर्ने । साथै, उत्पादित वस्तुको बजारीकरणका लागि तीनै तहका सरकारलाई सहजीकरण गर्न माग गर्दछ । ५. परम्परागत रुपमा सञ्चालित उद्यमशीलतालाई थप नवप्रवर्तन लागि डिजिटलमा महिलाको पहुँच बढाउने नीति लिन तथा थोरै समयमा बढी उत्पादन बढाउने उपाय अपनाउन सम्मेलन आग्रह गर्दछ । ६. महिलालाई हेर्ने दृष्टिकोण समतामूलक र व्यवहार वास्तविकतामा आधारित बनाउन सम्मेलन अपिल गर्दछ। साथै, व्यवसायिक क्षेत्रमा महिला उद्यमशीलता र नेतृत्वमा प्रोत्साहन गर्न सरोकारवाला सबैलाई अनुरोध गर्दछ । ७. महिलालाई उद्यमशीलता र आर्थिक रुपमा अघि बढ्न सरकारी, नियमनकारी निकायले विषेश कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्न माग गर्दछौं। विषेश कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्दा सहुलियतमा ऋण, अनुदान र तालिम प्रदान गरिनुपर्ने सम्मेलनको ठहर छ । ८. महिलालाई उद्यम बन्न तथा उद्यमी बन्न सहयोग गर्न महिला उद्यमीले संचालन गरेको व्यवसायलाई कर तथा अन्य विषयमा सहुलियत दिई उद्यमी बन्न आकर्षित गर्ने नीति अवलम्बन गर्न सम्मेलन आग्रह गर्दछ । ९. महिलाले सञ्चालन गरेका घरेलु, साना तथा मझौला उद्योगलाई प्रवद्र्धन गर्न तीनै तहका सरकारलाई प्रभावकारी कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्न माग गर्दछौं । साथै, घरेलु, साना र मझौला उद्योगबाट उत्पादित सामग्रीको बजारीकरणका लागि तीनै तहका सरकारले सक्दो नीतिगत निर्णय गर्न माग गर्दछौं । १०. उद्यमशीलताले महिला–पुरुष सामाजिक सम्बन्धसमेत सुदृढ बनाउने उदाहरणहरू प्रशस्त छन् । समाजले कृषकलाई हेर्ने दृष्टिकोण सकारात्मक बनाउन पनि सामाजिक उद्यमशीलताको भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण भएकाले यसलाई आयआर्जन मात्र नभई सामाजिक विकासको विषयका रूपमा अघि बढाउनुपर्छ) ११. दीगो खेती प्रवद्र्धन गर्न जलवायु अनुकूल कृषिमा लगानी वृद्धि गर्नुपर्छ। यस सम्बन्धी अध्ययन अनुसन्धान आवश्यक छ। कृषि प्रणालीलाई सामाजिक, आर्थिक र राजनीतिक रूपमा दीगो बनाउनु नै दीगो कृषि विकासको मर्म भएकाले जलवायु अनुकूल कृषि, अनुसन्धान, प्रविधि विकास र बजार व्यवस्थापनमा साझेदारी संस्थाहरूले प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्छ । १२. देशको व्यापार घाटा न्यूनिकरण गर्नका लागि तीनै तहका सरकार समक्ष स्वदेशी उत्पादन प्रोत्साहन गर्दै निर्यातमा पनि प्राथमिकता दिन माग गर्दछ । १३. महिलाहरुलाई आर्थिक रुपमा बलियो बनाउन महिला लक्षित व्यवसायसँगै उनीहरुको रुपान्तरण तथा उत्पादन सामाग्रीहरुको बजार प्रवद्र्धन सूचना प्रविधिमा पहुँचका लागि प्रदेश तथा स्थानीय सरकारले विशेष कार्यक्रम संचालन गर्न सम्मेलन आग्रह गर्दछ । १४. महिला उद्यमीको उत्पादनलाई बजारीकरणमा सहयोग गर्न सरकार तथा स्थानीय तहलाई विशेष कार्यक्रम संचालन गर्न सम्मेलन आग्रह गर्दछ । १५. निजी क्षेत्रकोतर्फबाट सीप विकासका लागि विराटनगरमा तालिम केन्द्र स्थापना गर्न र महिला उद्यमीहरुलाई तालिम प्रदान गर्न नेपाल उद्योग परिसंघ र नेपाल उद्योग परिसंघ कोशी प्रदेशले नेतृत्व गरी तालिमको प्रक्रियामा उद्योगहरुसँग आवद्धता गरिनेछ। १६. एक दिने सम्मेलनमा भएका गम्भीर छलफलका विषयलाई समेटेर जारी गरिएको घोषणापत्रको कार्यान्वयन गर्न संघीय सरकार, प्रदेश सरकार तथा स्थानीय तहहरुसँग पहल पैरवी गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्दछौं ।
