18th May 2026, Kathmandu एजेन्टहरूले वैकल्पिक रुटमार्फत महिलाहरूलाई खाडी मुलुकसम्म पुर्याइरहेका छन् : सांसद ओली काठमाडौं । राष्ट्रिय प्रजातन्त्र पार्टीकी सांसद खुस्बु ओलीले वैदेशिक रोजगारीका नाममा भइरहेको मानव बेचबिखन र अवैध एजेन्ट नेटवर्कविरुद्ध कडा कारबाही गर्न सरकारसँग माग गरेकी छन् । सोमबार बसेको प्रतिनिधिसभाको बैठकमा बोल्दै उनले नेपाल सरकारले सन् २०१७ देखि नेपाली नागरिक, विशेषगरी महिलाहरूलाई घरेलु कामदारका रूपमा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा जान प्रतिबन्ध लगाए पनि त्यसले समस्या समाधान गर्न नसकेको बताइन् । उनले सरकारको उद्देश्य महिलाहरूलाई शोषण र हिंसाबाट जोगाउनु भए पनि प्रतिबन्धका बाबजुद घरेलु कामदारका रूपमा विदेश जाने क्रम नरोकिएको उल्लेख गरिन् । उनका अनुसार नेपाली महिलाहरूलाई खाडी मुलुकसम्म पुर्याउन एजेन्टहरूले विभिन्न वैकल्पिक रुट प्रयोग गरिरहेका छन् । उनले भनिन्,‘नेपाल सरकारले सन् २०१७ देखि नेपाली नागरिक, विशेषगरी महिलाहरूलाई घरेलु कामदारका रूपमा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा जान प्रतिबन्ध लगायो । सरकारको तर्क थियो । उहाँहरूलाई शोषण र हिंसाबाट सुरक्षित गर्नु । तर के यो प्रतिबन्धले महिलाहरूलाई साँच्चिकै सुरक्षित बनाउन सक्यो ? यथार्थ हेर्दा, प्रतिबन्धले घरेलु कामदारका रूपमा विदेश जाने क्रम रोकिएको छैन । हाम्रा महिलाहरुलाई खाडिसम्म पुर्याउन एजेन्टहरुले विभिन्न वैैकल्पिक रुट प्रयोग गरिरहेको छन् । कहिले भारत हुँदै, कहिले अफ्रिकी मुलुकहरूलाई ट्रान्जिट बनाएर उनीहरूलाई गन्तव्य देशसम्म पुर्याइन्छ ।’ सांसद ओलीले मानव बेचबिखनमा संलग्न एजेन्ट नेटवर्क नेपालबाट ध्वस्त पार्न आवश्यक रहेको भन्दै अहिले १० देखि १२ लाख रुपैयाँसम्म लिएर महिलाहरूलाई कुवेतलगायत मुलुकमा बेच्ने काम भइरहेको दाबी गरिन् । ‘सारा मान्छे बेच्ने एजेण्ड नेटवर्क नेपालबाट ध्वस्त हुनु आवश्यक छ । अहिले १० देखि १२ लाखमा महिलाहरुलाई कुवेतमा बेच्ने काम गरिराखेका छन् । एजेण्डहरुको छिनोफानो राज्यले नगरेसम्म चेलिबेटीहरु बेचिरहन्छन्,’ उनले भनिन् । ICT Frame is an online magazine for the community belonging to information and communication technology which also provides two versions of magazine based on native and international language. संसदमा खुस्बु ओलीको गर्जन: वैकल्पिक रुटबाट महिलालाई खाडीमा बेच्ने एजेन्ट नेटवर्क ध्वस्त पारियोस्!
18th May 2026, Kathmandu ‘संसदलाई गफ गर्ने अखडा’ बनाउन हुँदैन् : सांसद दुलाल काठमाडौं । नेपाली कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी (नेकपा)का सांसद युवराज दुलालले संसदलाई ‘गफ गर्ने अखडा’ नभई जनताका समस्याको समाधान खोज्ने जिम्मेवार थलोका रूपमा स्थापित गर्नुपर्ने बताएका छन् । सोमबार बसेको प्रतिनिधिसभा बैठकमा बोल्दै उनले उनले जनप्रतिनिधिहरूले उठाएका जनताका आवाजलाई सरकारले गम्भीर रूपमा सम्बोधन गर्नुपर्ने बताएका हुन् । उनले प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रीहरूलाई संसदप्रति उत्तरदायी बनाउने व्यवस्था नियमावलीमा सुनिश्चित गरिनुपर्ने बताए । उनले भने, ‘संसदमा जनप्रतिनिधिले उठाएका जनताका भावनालाई सम्बोधन गर्नका लागि, सरकारलाई जवाफदेही बनाउनका लागि हामीले उठाएका आवाजका लागि गफ गर्ने थलो बनाउन हुँदैन् । प्रधानमन्त्री वा मन्त्रीलाई जवाफदेही एवम उत्तरदायी बनाउन नियमावलीले ख्याल गर्नु पर्दछ ।’ उनले १३ औँ र १७औँ शताब्दीबाट सुरु भएका संसदीय अभ्यासलाई वर्तमान समयअनुसार परिवर्तन गर्दै संसदलाई चुस्त, व्यवस्थित र जनताप्रति जवाफदेही बनाउनुपर्ने धारणा व्यक्त गरे । ICT Frame is an online magazine for the community belonging to information and communication technology which also provides two versions of magazine based on native and international language.
