With the Ncell App, customers can easily access a wide range of services without needing to dial short codes or visit nearby points of sale or Ncell Centres.
From simple top-ups to buying packs, registering grievances, balance transfers, online/offline games, service activation/deactivation, and more, the app has become an essential gateway for customers seeking seamless digital service experiences.
To celebrate this milestone, Ncell has announced a 10-day celebration campaign, under which 10 lucky customers every day will win 10 GB of all-time data valid for 10 days.
Customers who download the app and log in for the first time or purchase any pack through the app during the campaign period will be eligible to win the 10 GB data.

The app has also proven to be a digital solution for Nepali migrant workers abroad, enabling them to recharge, buy packs, and use their Ncell SIMs while on roaming whether for short visits or extended stays without any hassle.
