National Life Insurance Company Limited successfully concluded a grand recognition ceremony in Nepalgunj, honoring its CEO Club member insurance agents from the Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.

The “National Life CEO Club insurance agents Karnali Sudurpaschim” initiative has proven to be a major driving force for the company’s growth. This prestigious event, held at Hotel Soaltee Westend, celebrated the outstanding achievements of 276 top-performing agents who met their premium collection targets for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Key Participants and Achievements
The ceremony was presided over by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Suresh Prasad Khatri. The event saw active participation from 115 agents from Karnali Province and 161 agents from Sudurpaschim Province.
In addition to the agents, departmental heads, provincial heads, and branch managers under the Lumbini Province also attended. The company is actively driving this culture of recognition to promote professional excellence across its network.
A Ceremony of High Honor
The program was launched with a traditional deep-prajalwan (lamp lighting) ceremony. All qualifying agents who earned CEO Club membership were presented with an official certificate, a special commemorative silver medal embossed with the National Life logo, and a special plaque.
Furthermore, agents who secured the first, second, and third positions within their respective codes and networks were given special prizes.
The company also extended honors to the distinguished winners of the ‘National Ratna’ and ‘National Star’ titles, acknowledging their exceptional performance and dedication to the life insurance sector. These awards are essential to maintaining a motivated and high-performing sales force.
CEO Khatri on the Club’s Success
CEO Khatri informed the gathering that this provincial recognition ceremony is the second phase of a planned nationwide series, following a successful event in Gandaki Province. He emphasized that the CEO Club membership scheme, introduced under the agent-friendly policy, has been extremely successful.
He proudly announced that over 1600 agents have now been selected for the CEO Club across Nepal, underscoring the effectiveness of the company’s strategy. This success story clearly demonstrates the power of incentivizing top performance.

A key highlight of the event was a comprehensive training session led by international trainer, Vijay Kumar Jha. He delivered an insightful program focusing on essential skills for success in the life insurance field.
His training covered crucial topics such as effective communication techniques and the paramount importance of maintaining continuous contact and strong relationships with clients. This professional development component ensures agents are equipped with the latest skills.
