Following his unanimous election by the Board of Directors on January 12, 2026 (Poush 28, 2082), the formal process concluded today with the Chairman pledging his commitment to the bank’s integrity and the nation’s financial regulations.

The Oath: The ceremony focused on Nabil Bank’s Chairman, Nirvan Kumar Chaudhary, taking the oath from Governor Poudel in the presence of Deputy Governors and senior NRB officials.
Leadership Vision: As the Managing Director of Chaudhary Group and Senior Vice President of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), Mr. Chaudhary brings extensive corporate experience to the chairmanship.
