Myra ERP Launches Integrated Loan Management Module to Digitalize Nepalese SACCOs
26th March 2026, Kathmandu
In a significant move toward the complete digitalization of Nepal’s cooperative sector, Myra ERP, a cloud-based software developed by Neosis Technology, has introduced a comprehensive ‘Loan Processing and Document Management’ module.
Myra ERP Integrated Loan Management
This new feature aims to automate the entire lending lifecycle, ensuring that Saving and Credit Co-operative Societies (SACCOs) can operate with higher efficiency, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
Streamlining the Lending Lifecycle
According to Manoj Tiwari, CEO of Neosis Technology, this module is a game-changer for the internal operations of cooperatives. By integrating the lending process into a single-login system, the software effectively addresses common challenges in Know Your Member (KYM) verification.
The system utilizes 5C Analysis (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Conditions) to assess a member’s creditworthiness. By automating collateral evaluation and analyzing past transaction history, Myra ERP minimizes financial risk while strengthening the trust between the cooperative and its members.
Simplifying Regulatory Compliance (COPOMIS & AML/CFT)
Myra ERP has positioned itself as a robust tool for meeting the strict reporting standards set by the Department of Cooperatives and other regulatory bodies.
The software now allows SACCOs to easily generate:
COPOMIS Reports: Direct data export for the Cooperative Information System.
AML/CFT Compliance: Automatic generation of TTR (Threshold Transaction Reporting) in Excel and XML formats.
NCRA & Local Authority Reporting: Seamless data accessibility for the National Cooperative Regulation Authority and local government bodies.
Furthermore, the company has announced that work is underway to enable direct reporting to the Credit Information Bureau (CIB), a mandatory requirement for cooperatives primarily dealing in savings and credit.
Security and Scalability in the Cloud
Security remains a top priority, as Myra ERP is ISO 27001:2022 certified. All sensitive loan and collateral documents are stored in a secure ‘Digital Document Vault.’ With over 700 cooperatives already onboarded, the platform offers a “Paperless” experience through various modules, including:
Mobile Banking & SMS Alerts
MR Collector App for field staff
Online Bill Payments and Balance Management
As a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, Myra ERP requires no heavy physical infrastructure, servers, or firewalls from the cooperative’s side.
This allows even small-scale SACCOs in Nepal to access modern banking facilities and digital wallet services equivalent to commercial banks.
