LS Auto Launches LEV X AWD Electric SUV in Nepal: 550km Range at Rs 84.95 Lakhs

Marking a significant milestone in the Nepalese electric vehicle (EV) sector, LS Auto has officially launched its latest premium electric SUV, the LEV X.

The grand unveiling took place at the company’s newly inaugurated showroom in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, coinciding with the New Year celebrations.
The brand is represented in Nepal by its authorized distributor, Blue Corporation Pvt. Ltd.
A Legacy of Global Design
LS Auto operates under the umbrella of Shanghai Launch Automotive Technology, one of the world’s largest design houses.
With over 25 years of expertise in design, engineering, and prototyping for various international automobile brands, the company has now transitioned into manufacturing high-quality electric vehicles under its own banner.
Currently, LS Auto operates a production facility in Jiangxi Province with an annual capacity of 150,000 units. To target the European market, the company is also preparing to establish a manufacturing plant in Turkey.
Beyond Nepal, LS Auto has expanded its footprint to the UAE, Mauritius, Egypt, Nigeria, and Kazakhstan.
LEV X: Performance and Technical Specifications
The LEV X is an All-Wheel Drive (AWD) crossover SUV built on a pure electric platform. It is engineered for both power and efficiency:
Powertrain: Dual motors (front and rear) delivering a combined output of 198 kW.
Battery: 77 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery using SVOLT’s honeycomb architecture.
Range: Approximately 550 km on a single full charge.
Design: An aerodynamic body with a low drag coefficient of 0.268 and a substantial ground clearance of 221 mm.

The LEV X is packed with high-end interior and technological features, including:
360-degree camera system and Digital Instrument Cluster.
Wireless charging, multi-color ambient lighting, and Panoramic Moonroof.

Safety remains a top priority, as the vehicle boasts a 5-star safety rating from Euro NCAP. It comes equipped with 10 airbags, ABS, EBD, Traction Control, Electronic Stability Control, Cruise Control, and Hill Assist.

Alongside the LEV X, LS Auto continues to offer the LEV 01 model, which provides a range of up to 500 km. The updated price list for LS Auto vehicles in Nepal is as follows:

Service Network and Exclusive Offers
