New Baneshwor Branch: Will integrate Anamnagar, Shankhamul, and Mid-Baneshwor branches.
Boudha Branch: Tinchuli and Chabahil branches will merge here.
Jawalakhel Branch: Will now serve customers from Lagankhel and Mangalbazar.
Kalanki Branch: The Khasibazar branch has been moved to Kalanki.
2. Pokhara (Kaski District)
New Road Pokhara: Will absorb the Mahendrapul and Bagar branches.
Lekhnath Branch: Powerhouse Chowk and Budhibazar branches will now operate from Lekhnath.
Lakeside-Pokhara: Birauta branch services have been shifted to the Lakeside location.
3. Outside the Valley (Chitwan, Morang, and Parsa)
Biratnagar: The Main Road and Hatkhola branches will merge into the central Biratnagar branch.
Birgunj: Link Road and Powerhouse Chowk branches will be consolidated into the main Birgunj branch.
Bharatpur: The Baseni branch in Chitwan will move to the Hakim Chowk branch.
