Kathmandu Marriott Hotel Supports Local Education Through CSR Initiative

In a meaningful gesture of community support, Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, operating under Everest Hospitality and Hotel Ltd., has extended a helping hand to one of Kathmandu’s government schools by donating a fully equipped science laboratory and lunch boxes to students of Shree Kamal Adharbhut School, located in Kamalpokhari.

The handover ceremony took place at 10:30 AM at the school premises, where the Owner of Everest Hospitality and Hotel Ltd. personally handed over the science lab to school officials.
The event was attended by school staff, students, and representatives from Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, marking a proud moment for both the institution and the local community.
The donation of a science laboratory is a significant step toward improving the quality of education for students who may not otherwise have access to proper scientific resources.
A well-equipped science lab allows students to move beyond textbook learning and engage in practical, hands-on experiments that build curiosity and a deeper understanding of the world around them.
Alongside the lab, lunch boxes were also distributed to students, reflecting the hotel’s care for the overall well-being of the children — not just their academic growth, but their daily comfort as well.
