A meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors held on Shrawan 4 decided to elevate Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) Prasiddha Raj Aryal to Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Senior DCEO), and Deputy General Manager Suvash Jamarkattel to Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO).
Executive Profiles and Experience
Prasiddha Raj Aryal (Senior DCEO):
With over two decades of robust experience in the banking sector, Aryal holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Kathmandu University.
His extensive expertise spans credit, treasury, correspondent banking, branch operations, and microfinance. Before his tenure at Machhapuchchhre Bank, Aryal successfully shouldered various leadership responsibilities at Civil Bank, Sunrise Bank, and Nepal Investment Bank.
Suvash Jamarkattel (DCEO):
Jamarkattel is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in the financial and banking sector. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), earned Bachelor’s degrees in Management and Law from Tribhuvan University, and completed a Professional Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand.
The bank highlighted that both Aryal and Jamarkattel have achieved notable professional milestones throughout their respective careers, earning widespread recognition as capable, experienced, and successful bankers within the Nepalese financial sector.
