NIC ASIA Bank Extends Educational Infrastructure Support To 13 Schools And One Orphanage Across Nepal

NIC ASIA Bank Limited has celebrated its 29th anniversary by extending educational and infrastructure support to 13 community schools and one orphanage across all seven provinces of Nepal.
NIC ASIA Educational Infrastructure Support
The nationwide initiative was organized under the bank Corporate Social Responsibility program to improve educational environments and expand access to modern learning resources.
Through this campaign, the institution aims to strengthen community educational facilities by providing digital equipment, essential learning materials, and physical infrastructure upgrades. The bank emphasized that investing in educational infrastructure helps bridge resource gaps, particularly for students attending public institutions in underserved regions.
Support Provided Across All Seven Provinces
As part of the anniversary campaign, NIC ASIA Bank distributed essential resources, including desktop computers, smart boards, furniture, projectors, printers, water purifiers, school bags, and learning kits.
Koshi Province
In Koshi Province, support was provided to five beneficiary institutions:
- Shree Chandrama Basic School
- Shree Janata Secondary School in Guranse
- Shree Mahendra Secondary School
- Shree Amar Secondary School
- Shree Janajati Kalyan Ashram
The assistance included computers, classroom furniture, smart boards, and financial support for roof truss construction.
Bagmati Province
Educational materials and digital devices were distributed to four schools in Bagmati Province:
- Shree Changunarayan Secondary School
- Shree Bhairavnath Secondary School
- Shree Ranidevi Secondary School
- Shramik Bal Bigyan Basic Community School
The bank donated computers, projectors, water purifiers, office furniture, and printers to enhance classroom learning.
Madhesh Province
Support was extended to Shrimati Man Mishra Basic School, located in Tedhasemara, Madhesh Province.
Gandaki Province
In Gandaki Province, the bank provided educational resources to Shree Shankar Secondary School.
Lumbini Province
Support was directed to Shree Saraswati Basic School in Lumbini Province.
Karnali Province
In Karnali Province, the beneficiary institution was Shree Shiva Secondary School.
Sudurpashchim Province
Educational support was provided to Shree Kulaun Secondary School, located in Khartadi, Sudurpashchim Province.
Schools across Madhesh, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim provinces received smart boards, computers, school bags, learning kits, and printers based on their specific institutional requirements.
Strengthening Digital Education Through CSR
NIC ASIA Bank stated that the initiative reflects its corporate social responsibility commitment to supporting sustainable community development across Nepal. By equipping local schools with digital teaching tools and infrastructure, the bank seeks to foster modern learning techniques and improve student engagement.
