The dialogue brought together representatives from the United Nations body on the rights of older persons and the International Aviation Innovation Organization and Norm Airlift Resources Development Organization, known as IAIO–NARDO. The meeting focused on identifying practical steps and operational measures to make commercial aviation more convenient, dignified, and responsive to the specific needs of older travelers.
