Minimum Property Size Requirements By Location
SuryaJyoti Life Insurance has established minimum area thresholds for real estate submissions across the targeted regions:
- Kathmandu District: Minimum area requirement of at least 24 annas of land with or without existing commercial structures.
- Lalitpur District: Minimum area requirement of at least 24 annas of land suitable for office infrastructure.
- Morang District (Biratnagar): Minimum area requirement of at least 3 katthas of land within Biratnagar city limits.

Property owners must fulfill specific physical, infrastructural, and legal standards to qualify for evaluation:
- Demarcation And Boundaries: Land must possess clearly demarcated physical borders and official survey plots.
- Legal Title And Clear Rights: Properties must be completely free from ownership conflicts, boundary disputes, or legal encumbrances with neighboring landowners.
- Official Documentation: Submissions must include valid land registration certificates, approved land maps, and verified ownership credentials.
- Road Access Standard: Properties must feature direct access to a minimum six-meter-wide paved vehicular road.
- Bid Submission Protocol: Complete proposals along with property maps, title copies, and pricing offers must be submitted within the 30-day window.
