EPS Korea Application Deadline Extended
The initial application period was set from Shrawan 11 to Shrawan 17.
The decision to extend the timeframe was jointly made by HRD Korea and Nepals Department of Foreign Employment to accommodate the sudden surge in applicant volume and avoid depriving candidates of the opportunity due to passport processing delays.
Passport Office Rush And Special Provision For Expired Passports
The opening of the EPS application process triggered severe congestion at the Department of Passports and regional Service Centers across the country:
- Relief Provision: Candidates holding expired passports are permitted to register using their old passport details.
- Validation Timeline: A valid, updated passport will only be required at the time of submitting the formal job application after clearing the language and skill assessments.
- Department Advisory: Applicants are instructed not to make urgent visits to passport renewal offices solely for the language test submission phase.
