Nepal Fintech Expo 2026
Fintech Alliance Nepal (FAN) has announced the second edition of Nepal Fintech Expo 2026, to be held on October 9, 10 and 11, 2026 at Heritage Garden, Lalitpur. Following the first edition, which was organized as a two-day event, this year’s Expo expands to three full days with a broader platform for exhibition, networking, product discovery and industry engagement.
The 2026 edition will bring together banks and financial institutions, fintech companies, payment service providers, technology firms, regulators, startups, investors, development partners, academia and technology enthusiasts. FAN expects more than 6,000 visitors across the three days.
A Larger Platform for Fintech Innovation
The Expo will feature 65+ exhibitor booths, two Experience Zones, and participation from both national and international exhibitors. A key focus this year will be on AI-driven and state-of-the-art technologies shaping the future of finance, digital payments, banking, lending, and the wider fintech ecosystem. Several participating companies are also expected to use the Expo as a platform for new product launches and reveals.

The official opening ceremony will take place on October 9 at Classic Venue, adjoining Heritage Garden. The expanded venue arrangement is intended to provide wider event coverage, improved guest management and ample parking for participants and visitors.
Networking, Premium Experience and Partnerships
A dedicated Networking Dinner will be held on the evening of the first day, bringing together key stakeholders from Nepal’s financial and technology sectors. Another new feature will be a Premium Lounge for premium pass holders, distinguished guests, partners and invited stakeholders, creating a focused space for high-value networking and business conversations.
The Expo also offers partnership opportunities across Title Sponsor, Powered By, Gold Sponsor, Silver Sponsor and Networking Sponsor categories. The exhibitor fee is NPR 75,000 per booth, with a 50% discount for FAN members, while international exhibitors can participate at USD 750 per booth.
Accessible to Industry, Students and the Public
Khalti will serve as the Official Ticketing Partner for Nepal Fintech Expo 2026. General admission is priced at NPR 200, while students can attend for NPR 50. Complimentary passes will also be extended to selected individuals and organizations contributing to Nepal’s fintech sector.
Fintech Alliance Nepal currently has 53 corporate members and continues to support ecosystem development through initiatives including the CTO Retreat, Fintech Friday and Fintech Social. Through Nepal Fintech Expo 2026, FAN aims to strengthen collaboration between finance and technology while creating greater exposure for emerging solutions, local innovation and international fintech developments.
