The corporate gathering commenced on Friday August 7 and came to a formal close on Sunday August 9.
The conference served as a key administrative and operational platform to review performance outcomes, chart new growth trajectories, and reinforce organizational priorities across the nationwide branch network.

The three day gathering centered on several strategic operational and administrative objectives:
- First, reviewing the corporate financial and operational performance achieved during fiscal year 2025/26.
- Second, formulating and finalizing comprehensive business development strategies for fiscal year 2026/27.
- Third, recognizing and honoring top-performing employees, individual branch offices, branch managers, and provincial heads for outstanding operational execution.
- Fourth, conducting specialized skill development and leadership training centered on the theme Power of Mindset for Business Growth.
Inauguration and CEO Address
The event was formally inaugurated by Chief Executive Officer Raj Kumar Aryal, who performed the traditional ceremonial lamp lighting ceremony.
