The integrated financial operations is set to commence starting Bhadra 21, 2083 BS (September 6, 2026).

Regulatory Clearances and Operational Details

The acquisition has satisfied all standard procedural requirements following final approvals granted by Nepal Rastra Bank, the Securities Board of Nepal, and the Office of the Company Registrar.

Under the terms of the acquisition:

• Swarojgar Laghubitta will take ownership of all underlying assets, liabilities, and potential liabilities of Wean Nepal Laghubitta.
• The combined entity will operate strictly under the name Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
• The registered head office will remain located at Banepa Municipality-5, Kavrepalanchok.

Service Interruption Notice

To facilitate operational integration, all financial and banking services across both institutions will remain suspended for one day on Sunday, Bhadra 21, 2083 BS. Standard operations will resume under the merged institution following the temporary closure.
