Inauguration: The event was inaugurated by Smriti Aryal, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, who congratulated the awardees and stated that official recognition would encourage agents to operate with increased professionalism and high morale.

Leadership Remarks: Chief Executive Officer Santosh Prasai highlighted that sustainable success relies on consistency, dedication, and teamwork, expressing confidence in achieving higher performance targets in the coming year.
Training Session and Participation
Professional Development: Acharya Raja Babu Shah conducted a training module titled Power of Mindset for Business Growth, aiming to sharpen agents business skills and motivation.
Attendance: Around 200 participants attended, including company board members, executive management representatives, and insurance agents from across Nepal.
Award Categories and Guest Speaker
- Agent Recognition: High-performing agents for Fiscal Year 2025/26 (2082/83) received awards under two tiers:
- Chairman Club Award: The company highest recognition level for agents.
- CEO Club Award: The second-highest recognition category.
- Special Guest: Nepali actor, model, and producer Pradeep Khadka delivered an motivational session detailing his personal path to success.
