Super Madi Hydropower Limited Announces 15% Bonus Share Dividend and 17th AGM

Super Madi Hydropower Limited has announced a 15 percent bonus share dividend for its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year.
Super Madi Bonus Share Dividend
Bonus Share Distribution: The Board of Directors meeting held on August 24 proposed a 15 percent bonus share dividend worth NPR 347.29 million based on the company current paid-up capital.
Cash Dividend for Tax: A cash dividend of 0.78947 percent has been proposed to cover applicable tax obligations on the bonus share distribution.
Regulatory Conditions: The proposed dividend distribution remains subject to approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and formal endorsement at the company upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Annual General Meeting and Book Closure Details
AGM Schedule: The 17th Annual General Meeting of Super Madi Hydropower is scheduled for September 17, 2026 (Ashoj 1, 2083 BS) at Hotel Imperial, beginning at 11:00 AM.
Book Closure Date: The company has fixed September 7, 2026 (Bhadra 22, 2083 BS) as the book closure date for the AGM and dividend distribution.
Shareholder Eligibility: Investors holding shares through the end of trading on September 3, 2026 (Bhadra 18, 2083 BS) will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the declared dividend upon approval.
