Legal Framework: The collateral auction process has been initiated in accordance with prevailing banking and financial regulations.
Notice Period: A 15 day public notice has been published inviting sealed bids from interested individuals firms companies and organizations.
Bid Submission Timelines and Locations
,Submission Deadline: Sealed bid forms along with required documentation must be submitted by 5:00 PM on August 8 2026 Bhadra 23 2083 BS.
Collection and Submission Locations: Forms can be submitted at the Nabil Bank Central Office Loan Recovery Department in Bijulibazar Kathmandu or the Parsa Bazar Branch in Chitwan.
Bid Opening Schedule: Received sealed bids will be opened at 4:00 PM on August 9 2026 Bhadra 24 2083 BS at the Parsa Bazar Branch in Chitwan in the presence of bank representatives and relevant authorities. Absence of bidders or representatives will not stall the opening process.

Key Bid Terms and Conditions

Bank Authority: The bank reserves full discretion to accept or reject bids for the entire property or a portion of it.
Payment Deadline: Successful bidders must pay the full accepted bid amount within the timeline set by the bank. Failure to deposit the complete amount may lead to forfeiture of the bid deposit.
