Arghakhanchi Cement Donates NPR 11.1 Million to Government Relief Fund for Bhotekoshi Flood Victims

Arghakhanchi Cement Limited has contributed NPR 11.1 million (NPR 1.11 crore) to aid disaster management, relief, and rescue operations for families impacted by recent flooding.

Disaster Context and Official Handover
Bhotekoshi Flood Relief: The monetary assistance was provided following the severe flash flood originating from the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa on Bhadra 10, which caused widespread loss of life and property across Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading.
Presentation to Government: Pasupati Murarka, Director of Arghakhanchi Cement, formally presented the contribution cheque of NPR 11.1 million to Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle on Sunday.
Fund Deployment: The financial relief will be mobilized through official state mechanisms to deliver direct aid to affected communities.
Key Delegation: Prominent business figures including Rajesh Agrawal and Manoj Kedia were present alongside company representatives during the handover ceremony.
