Total Issued Capital: The company holds an issued capital base of NPR 980 million.
Public Issue Distribution: Out of the total public share allocation, 980,000 shares were designated for local residents in project-affected areas.
Mutual Fund Portion: Mutual fund schemes were allotted 5 percent of the remaining public portion, amounting to 111,000 ordinary shares.
Lock-In Duration: The shares were held under a mandatory six-month lock-in period starting from the date of public allotment.
