Garima Bikas Bank Proposes 20 Percent Dividend for Fiscal Year 2025/26

Garima Bikas Bank Limited has proposed a total dividend of 20 percent to its shareholders from the accumulated profits of fiscal year 2025/26 (FY 2082/83).

Dividend Breakdown and Capital Adjustment
Dividend Structure: The bank board of directors proposed a 10 percent bonus share distribution alongside a 10 percent cash dividend.
Cash and Bonus Value: Based on the bank current paid-up capital of 6.021 billion rupees, the proposed bonus shares are valued at approximately 602.13 million rupees, with the cash dividend providing an additional 602.13 million rupees.
Total Payout: The combined dividend allocation totals approximately 1.204 billion rupees, covering applicable taxes for both bonus and cash components.
Capital Expansion: Following the distribution of the 10 percent bonus shares, the bank paid-up capital will increase from 6,021,348,367.22 rupees to 6,623,483,203.94 rupees.

Approval Requirements: The dividend proposal will be submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for endorsement before final approval at the upcoming 20th Annual General Meeting.
