Buddha Regency Limited Announces NPR 150 Million IPO Issue Manager Appointment

Buddha Regency Limited has officially initiated the process to offer its ordinary shares to the general public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The hospitality company plans to issue 1.5 million ordinary shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share, bringing the total value of the public offering to NPR 150 million.

Appointment of Issue and Sales Manager

To manage the end-to-end public offering process, Buddha Regency Limited has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as its official issue and sales manager.

The bilateral agreement was formally executed on Bhadra 25, 2083, at the corporate office of Laxmi Sunrise Capital in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The document was signed by Sunil Agrawal, Director of Buddha Regency Limited, and Vijay Lal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited.

Following this appointment, the company will complete all necessary procedural, legal, and regulatory formalities before opening the public subscription in the near future.

Buddha Regency Limited operates a premium five-star hotel property located in Siddharthanagar, Rupandehi, positioned directly in front of Gautam Buddha International Airport.

Key features and operational infrastructure of the hotel include:
