AIWIBI Nepal Donates NPR 5 Million
In a major corporate social responsibility (CSR) drive, Shubham Health Care Products Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Australia’s premium baby care brand AIWIBI in Nepal, has contributed NPR 5 million (Rs 50 Lakh) to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund. The relief contribution aims to provide immediate support to families affected by the recent devastating floods in the Bhote Koshi region.
Beauty Kumari Sarraf, Managing Director of AIWIBI Nepal, officially handed over the donation check to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle.
NPR 5 Million Raised in Just Three Days
The entire relief collection was mobilized within three days through sales of AIWIBI diapers and baby care products. According to the company, 100% of the revenue generated from consumer purchases over the three-day campaign period was matched to form the NPR 5 million fund.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Managing Director Beauty Kumari Sarraf expressed deep gratitude toward customers, retailers, and distribution networks.
“This donation was not made by AIWIBI alone—it was made by you. Every mother who purchased our products has a share in this effort, supported by the hard work of our retailers and the trust of our dealers. We simply connected that trust to make this possible.”
— Beauty Kumari Sarraf, MD, AIWIBI Nepal
Sarraf also acknowledged the front-line relief workers, extending heartfelt thanks to the Prime Minister, Home Minister, Finance Minister, Nepal Army, Nepal Police, civil servants, and local volunteers assisting in the flood-ravaged zones.
Corporate Responsibility in Action
The initiative highlights the role of consumer-driven corporate social responsibility in disaster response. By routing sales profits directly to emergency funds, AIWIBI Nepal and Shubham Health Care Products demonstrated how private sector networks can mobilize rapid community relief during environmental crises.
