- Borrower Details: Dhirendra Kumar Yadav, resident of Raghunathpur VDC Ward No. 06, Mahottari District (Citizenship No. 66442363 issued by DAO Mahottari).
- Personal Guarantor Details: Kiran Kumari Yadav, resident of Suryabinayak Municipality Ward No. 04, Bhaktapur (Citizenship No. 18-01-73-05156 issued by DAO Mahottari).
- Mortgaged Property Details: Vehicle (KYC V5 EV VAN) registered under registration number Ba. Pra. 03-001 Ja 352, jointly registered under borrower Dhirendra Kumar Yadav and Nabil Bank Limited.
Auction Terms, Bidding Process, and Timelines
Interested individuals, firms, or companies must adhere to specific bidding guidelines and deadlines set by the bank.
- Application Form Fee: Non-refundable fee of NPR 1,000 per application form, obtainable from the Loan Recovery Department in Bijulibazar, Kathmandu, or Kaushaltar Branch, Bhaktapur.
- Bid Submission Deadline: Sealed bids must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Ashoj 11, 2083, at the Loan Recovery Department (Bijulibazar) or Kaushaltar Branch.
- Bid Opening Date and Time: Sealed bids will be opened on Ashoj 13, 2083, at 1:00 PM at the Kaushaltar Branch in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Earnest Money Deposit: Bidders must deposit a minimum 10 percent earnest money deposit in cash or attach a Good for Payment check or Manager’s Check favoring Nabil Bank Limited.
- Swiss Challenge Auction Option: The bank reserves the right to retain bids and re-notice the property under the Swiss Challenge Auction Model as per bank regulations if necessary.
