The assembly will review general and special resolutions regarding capital adjustments and cash payouts.
- Dividend Endorsement: A total cash dividend of 10.80 percent (NPR 2,922,955,646.76) for ordinary shareholders and an 8 percent cash dividend (NPR 233,424,657.53) for non-cumulative preference shareholders.
- Capital Increase and Bonus Shares: A special proposal to issue 4 percent bonus shares (NPR 1,352,849,836.46) and increase the authorized capital of the bank to NPR 34 billion.
- Corporate Governance: Approval of annual financial statements for FY 2082/83, appointment of auditors, election of three directors representing promoter shareholders, and delegation of authority to the board to pursue merger or acquisition opportunities with suitable financial institutions.
