Kumari Bank Announces 26th AGM and Book Closure Date

Kumari Bank Limited has scheduled its 26th Annual General Meeting for Ashwin 28.

The meeting date, venue, and time were finalized during the bank’s board of directors meeting held on Ashwin 6.

The bank’s upcoming general assembly will convene to discuss and approve key financial proposals, including the recommended dividend payout.

Event Date and Time: The Annual General Meeting will commence at 11:00 AM on Ashwin 28.
Meeting Venue: The assembly will take place at Silver Oak Banquet and Events, located on Subarna Shamsher Marg, Kathmandu.
Dividend Recommendation: The board meeting held previously on Bhadra 30 approved a 2.1053 percent cash dividend (inclusive of tax) based on the current paid-up capital.
Total Paid-Up Capital: Kumari Bank’s paid-up capital stands at 26 billion 22 crore 58 lakh 61 thousand 340 rupees.

Kumari Bank has determined the official record date to identify shareholders eligible for meeting attendance and dividend distribution.

Book Closure Date: The bank will close its shareholder register for one day on Ashwin 19.
Eligibility Window: Investors holding shares registered on the Nepal Stock Exchange up to Ashwin 16 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed cash dividend.
Final Qualification Notice: Transactions executed after Ashwin 16 will not entitle buyers to the declared dividend or voting rights for this assembly.
