Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Must hold a Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification or a Master degree in Management, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Rural Development, Agriculture, Sociology, or Law from a recognized educational institution.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the banking, financial, or development sector.
  At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

Age Limit:

• 35 to 60 years.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a four-year business plan presentation and a personal interview. Remuneration and benefits will be aligned with the institution internal policies and regulations.
