Appolo Hydropower 47k Mutual Fund Lock-in Period Ending Kartik 10

Appolo Hydropower Limited has announced that the lock-in period for 47,000 units of ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds is nearing its completion.
Appolo Hydropower Lock-in Period
In compliance with the rules set by the Securities Board of Nepal, shares allocated to mutual funds remain locked for six months from the date of initial allotment to the general public. Following the completion of this statutory six-month period, these shares will become eligible for secondary market trading starting Kartik 10.
Mutual Fund Share Allocation Details
The company had reserved a portion of its public offering specifically for collective investment schemes.
- Total Lock-in Share Quantity: 47,000 units of ordinary shares designated for mutual funds.
- Share Allocation Portion: Represents 5 percent of the total ordinary shares issued to the general public during the IPO.
- Regulatory Provision: Mandatory six-month lock-in requirement enforced on mutual fund shares counting from the public allotment date.
Lock-in Expiry Date and Secondary Market Eligibility
The completion of the lock-in restriction enables participating funds to trade their holdings on the open market.
- Expiry Date: The lock-in restriction officially expires on Kartik 10.
- Market Trading Status: Post-expiry, the 47,000 units can be freely bought and sold on the secondary stock exchange like regular ordinary shares.
