Nepal Telecom has successfully installed a 12-kilowatt solar power system at the telephone tower in Timure, Rasuwa, eliminating the need for costly diesel transport via helicopter following the Bhote Koshi flood and ensuring seamless 2G and 4G connectivity for locals and travelers.
In a significant boost to remote telecommunications infrastructure, a brand-new solar power system has been successfully installed at the Nepal Telecom telephone tower in Timure, Rasuwa.
This initiative permanently eliminates the costly and logistically challenging practice of transporting diesel via helicopter to keep the communication lines active.

Overcoming Post-Flood Challenges in Rasuwa
