Eligibility, Criteria, and Service Conditions
- Position and Vacancy Count: Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) – 1 (One) position.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of managerial experience in banks or microfinance institutions, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 7 years of managerial experience in banks or microfinance institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Economics, Management, or Chartered Accountancy.
- Age Limit: Minimum 35 years completed and not exceeding 55 years as of the last date of application.
- Tenure and Appointment Type: Contractual appointment for a period of 3 years, renewable based on performance.
- Selection Process: Shortlisting followed by a presentation of a strategic business plan and an interview.
