Balephi Hydropower Limited has formally decided to inject NPR 10 million into BHL Investment Limited, a public limited company established as a subsidiary to broaden its investment operations.

According to the corporate release, the subsidiary has already completed its official business registration with the Office of the Company Registrar.
Capital Structure and Equity Commitment
- Authorized Capital: BHL Investment Limited has established an authorized capital of NPR 500 million.
- Issued Capital: The initial issued capital for the new investment subsidiary is fixed at NPR 25 million.
- Total Equity Commitment: Balephi Hydropower Limited has committed to investing a total equity capital of NPR 20 million into BHL Investment.
Board Approval and Capital Call Details
- Share Capital Call: On Ashwin 2, BHL Investment Limited formally requested a share capital payment of NPR 10 million from Balephi Hydropower Limited.
- Board Decision: The Board of Directors of Balephi Hydropower Limited held a meeting on Ashwin 15 and approved the release of NPR 10 million toward its committed share capital in the subsidiary.
