- Personal Guarantors: Surendra Prasad Tharu father guarantor and Basanti Kumari Tharu mother guarantor.

- Property Location Land and fixed assets located at former Hati Furniture VDC Ward No 9 now Omsatiya Rural Municipality Ward No 3 Rupandehi District.
- Plot and Area Plot No 129 comprising a total area of 0 5 15 0 5 Kattha 15 Dhur registered in the name of the borrower.
Bidding Guidelines and Submission Terms
Form Fee Sealed tender bid forms can be obtained from the bank for a non refundable fee of NPR 1 000.
- Submission Deadline Sealed bids must be submitted to the Manigram Branch Rupandehi within 7 days from the notice publication date by 3 00 PM.
- Opening Date Submitted bids will be opened on the same day at 4 00 PM at the Manigram Branch office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bid Security Deposit Bidders are required to deposit a 10 percent earnest money deposit of the quoted bid amount into Siddhartha Bank Account No 001090000 or attach an equivalent bank draft.
