Dipendra Kumar Mishra Appointed Chairman of Himalayan Reinsurance

Himalayan Reinsurance Limited has officially appointed Dipendra Kumar Mishra as the Chairman of its Board of Directors.

The appointment was finalized during the 91st meeting of the board of directors held on Thursday, Ashwin 15, 2083 (October 1, 2026).

Executive Appointment: Dipendra Kumar Mishra has been appointed to fill the vacant position of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Appointment Tenure: The appointment remains effective until the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Decision Authority: The decision was formally endorsed during the 91st Board of Directors meeting on October 1, 2026 (Ashwin 15, 2083).
Director Nominations: In addition to the chairman’s appointment, three individuals have been nominated as directors on the board of Himalayan Reinsurance Limited.
