NMB Bank Announces 7 Percent Dividend for Fiscal Year 2082/83

NMB Bank Limited has officially proposed dividend payouts for its shareholders for the Fiscal Year 2082/83.

The decision was made during the meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors held on Ashwin 21, 2083 (October 7, 2026).

Ordinary Shares Dividend: Proposed a 7 percent cash dividend including tax purposes on the current paid up capital for ordinary equity shareholders
Preference Shares Dividend: Proposed an 8.25 percent cash dividend including tax purposes for perpetual non cumulative preference shares
Regulatory Approval Requirement: The proposed dividend distributions are subject to formal approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NMB Bank Limited
