NMB Bank Partners Citytech & SCT to Launch LOOP Credit and EMI Services

NMB Bank has partnered with Citytech Group and Smart Choice Technologies (SCT) to join the LOOP Network as an issuer bank. NMB Bank customers across Nepal can now access instant purchase credit and convert everyday debit card or QR payment purchases into flexible, manageable EMI installments with fast digital processing.

NMB Bank Limited has signed a tripartite agreement with Citytech Group Pvt. Ltd. and Smart Choice Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (SCT) to join the LOOP Network as an Issuer Bank.

Through this partnership, NMB Bank is set to deliver flexible, tech-driven financing options directly to its customers across Nepal.

Under this new arrangement, NMB Bank customers will gain access to instant purchase-credit facilities (“LOOP Credit”) at participating merchants, allowing them to make purchases smoothly using their existing NMB debit cards or QR payment channels.

Additionally, the feature enables customers to convert their everyday debit card purchases into manageable equated monthly installments (“LOOP EMI”).
