Aaryatara Holdings First AGM Concludes; Future Investment Plans Approved

The First Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Aaryatara Holdings, promoted by experienced and successful tourism entrepreneurs, has been successfully concluded.

In the AGM held today, Saturday, the Holding’s Chairman, Nabaraj Angai, presented the Chairman’s Report which covered the company’s current investments, its financial status, and future plans.
Chairman Angai stated that the company is currently invested in hydropower, hospitality, and the cement industry.
Future Investment Plans
He also outlined the company’s plans to invest in the coming days, primarily focusing on:
Hospitality Sector: Hotels, restaurants, and transportation.
Tourism: Airlines and helicopters.
Hydropower Projects.
Agriculture: Production and market management through modern technology.
Quality Education Institutions and Health Services Promotion.
He informed the attendees that studies are currently underway in various sectors for these ventures, and the company will make appropriate decisions in the near future. The AGM approved the Chairman’s annual report.
Board of Directors and Advisors
The directors of the Holding are Shyam Sharma Acharya, Madhav Narayan Tiwari, Tulsi Prasad Bhatta, and Dhruva Prasad Bhatta.
Advisors of the organization Prakash Chandra Devkota, Bhim Prasad Pant, Mukti Pandey, and Narayan Regmi also extended their best wishes for the company’s future and commercial success at the general meeting.
