This six month intensive program is launched in strategic partnership with the esteemed Faculty of Management, School of Management, Tribhuvan University. This collaboration ensures that fellows receive a blend of high quality academic instruction and practical, real world mentorship.The course structure is designed to be deeply engaging and supportive. Fellows commit to three days of physical learning sessions every month, accumulating a total of 18 residential learning days throughout the program’s duration. This immersive, residential format helps build strong cohorts and facilitates deep peer learning and networking. Crucially, the mentoring support extends up to one full year, providing continued guidance as the fellows transition from the classroom to the market. Each fellow is paired with a dedicated mentor who acts as a sounding board and strategic advisor throughout their complex entrepreneurial journey.
Expected Outcomes and Entrepreneurial Readiness
The fellowship is structured with clear, ambitious outcomes aimed at creating market ready social enterprises. By the end of the program, fellows are expected to achieve several key milestones:

Instruction is bilingual, requiring applicants to possess basic proficiency in both English and Nepali.
