Vacant Positions and Eligibility

Officer-Level Positions

The company is hiring for Senior Officer, Officer, and Assistant Officer roles.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required.

Experience:

Senior Officer: At least 5 years in the microfinance sector.

Officer: Minimum 4 years of experience.

Assistant Officer: At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Mid-Level Positions

The company is also recruiting Supervisors, Senior Assistants, and Branch Managers.

Education: A proficiency certificate level (PCL) or equivalent qualification is required.

Experience:

Supervisor: A minimum of 4 years in the field.

Senior Assistant: At least 3 years of experience.

Bachelor’s degree holders will receive preference.

Entry-Level Positions

The Assistant position is available for candidates meeting the following criteria:

Education: A PCL or equivalent qualification is required.

Experience: Prior work in microfinance is preferred.

Age Limit

Officer-level: Applicants must be between 21 and 40 years old.

Assistant-level: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old.

Female applicants receive a 5-year age relaxation for all positions.
